SUNY Ulster Foundation Scholarship in memory of Clemens C. Tiska.  

This SUNY Ulster Memorial Scholarship honors the memory of Clemens C. Tiska who retired as Associate Professor of Engineering on Jan 1, 1982. He was a Stone Ridge resident for 35 years and taught electrical engineering and technology at Ulster County Community College in Stone Ridge for 11 years before retiring. Prior to that he was employed as an electrical engineer for General Electric in Pittsfield, and Louisville, Ky., and for General Dynamics in Rochester, N.Y. He was an Army Veteran of World War II, and was a member of the Marbletown American Legion Post # 1512 in Stone Ridge.
