Joseph & Rita and Phil & Emily Sinagra Nursing Scholarship

The Joseph and Rita Sinagra Memorial Nursing Scholarship was established by their son, Phil Sinagra, as a special way to commemorate his parents. Ulster County Community College Nursing students who are pursuing a career in the care of the aged will be considered for this award. Est. 1995
