Professor Eugene L. and Mrs. Frances C. Turgeon Scholarship

Eugene Turgeon enjoyed a 25 year career in higher education administration at SUNY Ulster, serving as the Registrar and Associate Dean of Students, retiring with the Rank of Professor Emeritus. He passed away in June of 2012. In 2004, Professor Emeritus Eugene L. and Mrs. Frances Turgeon established this annual scholarship to be given to a student who pursues a course of study in Education.
