Frank and Helen Delaney Memorial Scholarship

The Frank and Helen Delaney Memorial scholarship was established in Frank’s memory in 1988 and now honors Frank and Helen. Frank and Helen Delaney were long-time residents of Kingston and contributed their energy to a variety of community activities. They were enthusiastic supporters of Ulster County Community College. This scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic achievement. Candidates should be new or returning students at Ulster County Community College. Est. 1988
