The Garraghan Family Scholarship

Originally the Raymond Garraghan Memorial Scholarship, this fund was established in memory of the former Kingston Mayor and Chairman of the Ulster County Community College Board of Trustees. This fund has since been enhanced to honor and remember other members of the Garraghan Family. This scholarship is intended to assist hardworking students in attaining their educational goals.
