Professor Cecelia Macauley Scholarship

Cecelia Macauley retired from her position as Director of Continuing Education at SUNY Ulster. She also instructed in the College’s Nursing Program after 30 years of holding nursing positions in the USAFNC, VA Hospital and the College of Physicians and Surgeons. Mrs. Macauley believes education is key to a life of personal and professional fulfillment. Candidates for this scholarship should be returning students, over the age of 19, with a cumulative average of 3.3. Est. 1994
