Chief James K. Riggins, Jr. Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship honors the memory of a man who served his community with dignity and pride. Returning full-time Criminal Justice majors at SUNY Ulster are eligible for these awards. This scholarship has been established with support from Chief Riggin’s family, his many friends, and the Kingston Gold Shields. Est. 1999
