Glenn B. Sutherland & Cynthia A. Lowe Scholarship

Glenn B. Sutherland, Past Chair of the Ulster Community College Foundation, Inc., and Cynthia Lowe, have been longtime sponsors of a scholarship to be awarded to SUNY Ulster students. Returning or graduating and transferring students are eligible for this scholarship. There is no stated preference as to academic program. In 2019, Glenn and Cynthia expanded the scholarship endowment to also support, in perpetuity, two President’s Challenge Scholarship recipient students from Kingston High School. Est. 1987
