Glenn B. Sutherland & Cynthia A. Lowe Scholarship

Glenn B. Sutherland, Past Chair of the Ulster Community College Foundation, Inc., and Cynthia Lowe, have been longtime sponsors of a scholarship to be awarded to SUNY Ulster students. Returning or graduating and transferring students are eligible for this scholarship. There is no stated preference as to academic program. Est. 1987
