The President's Fund - Commit to Complete Emergency Scholarship Fund

The President’s Fund – Commit to Complete Emergency Scholarship, provides critical financial support to see students through to completion – including those who stopped out of college but are ready to get back ahead. The fund also seeks to increase the number of Ulster County residents, aged 24-50, with a post-secondary degree or credential in a way that at least mirrors the county demographics and leads to successful employment in careers with family-sustaining wages.
