The Klock Foundation of Kingston has established this scholarship fund to provide awards annually to SUNY Ulster students. Key Private Bank, as Trustees of the Klock Kingston Fund, continue to support education and other local, worthwhile causes, as intended through this bequest from the Klock estate. est. 1978
